Research Assistance and Copies Request Policy

Copies of some holdings are available by contacting the Director.

Prior to requesting anything, please check our download area to see if we have scanned it and put it on the website.  If not, please send a description of the item(s) you desire, and your mailing address. The donation amount for copies will be $.50 per copy which includes regular postage. Other shipping arrangements are made by request.

Some materials will be impossible to copy and we'll advise you of your options prior to our action on your request.

Research for specific names and family members is also available.  Please contact the genealogist, Liane T. Fenimore, at editor@townsendsociety.org.

If you are going to publish, reprint, or further use the materials we send you, we would appreciate you asking our permission to do so. We would also like you to cite us as the source of the material and remind you that all Townsend Society Journal articles are subject to copyright.
